New Homes, New Septic Systems in Godley
Godley sits in northwest Johnson County on State Highway 171, about 11 miles from Cleburne. It was a railroad town of a few hundred people for most of the 1900s; the 1990 census counted 569. That has changed quickly. Census estimates now put the median Godley home at 2016, with 69% of homes built since 2000, and 89% are single-family detached houses.
A lot of that growth is on land outside any sewer system, which means a septic system goes in with the house. We handle it from start to finish: site evaluation, the Johnson County permit, excavation, the tank, pumps and risers, lateral lines or a spray field, and final inspection, all under one license.
The ground is different out here. The western half of Johnson County is part of the Grand Prairie, where the soil is mostly alkaline loam over limestone. Where rock sits close to the surface it limits how deep lines can go, which is one reason every installation starts with a proper soil evaluation. Godley is about 27 minutes from our yard without traffic.
Septic Services for Godley Properties
Most of our Godley work starts with a new septic installation and continues with an aerobic service contract. After that, it is routine pumping on the schedule your household size calls for (see the pumping schedule) and repairs if a pump, aerator or control panel ever acts up.
